  Best A/C service company I've dealt with came out after a previous company said my unit was bad and I needed a new one, they fixed it in less than 30 minutes

  Called two days in advance to set an appt for a technician to come out to look at my unit for a leak, well had to call 4 times and leave multiple messages on the day of appt to see if there was still someone to come out and never got a message back or call back. Had to call back and cancel and had to leave a message for that..customer service is out the window with this place
